"My family of five decided to make a last minute trip to Walt Disney World. Not only did we choose to go at one of the peak times of year (Spring Break), we also chose to go with only 4 weeks to arrange everything. This trip was our first trip back to Disney since 2017 and so much had changed. Unfamiliar with the new Genie+, virtual queues, new restaurants, new rides, I was quickly overwhelmed. Without Nina, we wouldn’t have been able to navigate through all of the Disney changes and truly enjoy our trip. She took care of all reservations for rides and restaurants and worked with me to determine the best “path” to take each day. She is so knowledgeable of all-things Disney, to include where to go for snacks, best place for firework viewing, and even helped with the tough choices of which rides to skip since we couldn’t fit them all in. Her experience was invaluable and recommendations were spot on. The best part—Even with the huge crowds and long lines, Nina was able to get my family on the brand new TRON ride… twice. This ride had just opened days before we arrived and the demand to ride was so high, Disney didn’t even offer Stand-by lines! The days of just showing up to the park and “winging” are no longer an option. Thanks to Nina, she made our trip enjoyable and worth every penny. We couldn’t have done it without her!"
